Work with a teacher at your own pace and enjoy the process of learning and surprising yourself.

Join us for three intro classes in the first week of starting. Let us know which day you would like to start on via email or message us. In your first class you will learn a specific breathing technique and a small sequence of postures which we will build on in the following two classes. You will always work closely with the teacher in a group setting.
