Join Michael on a four-week refreshment beginners course on fundamentals starting July 2nd. Let us know if you are ready to take on this challenge via email, message us or simply register HERE. In your first class, you will learn a specific breathing technique and a small sequence of postures which we will build on in the following two classes. Here we will hopefully get to embody the more subtle aspects of yoga practice and become a fully-fledged independent yogi. Remember this is a life long journey as the very meaning of yoga is Life it’self.
BEGINNER INTRO STARTING TIMES (subject to change depending on majority request) This course of classes will be held an hour and a half two mornings a week and will run over a four week period
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 8:30-10:00am
R150 (€8) drop in OR
R1000 (€52) full four weeks
This full four week package will also give you the chance to drop into “most of” the other more progresive classes on Michael’s schedule FREE (The Monday Mysore is recommended).

• It is always nice to refresh (or warm) yourself with a shower before starting.
• Arrive 5mins before.

• We have yoga mats to rent when at the studio.
